Swiss open Environment Cup felony probe into ex-FIFA formal Valcke and Qatar businessman


Swiss prosecutors have opened a felony investigation into Jerome Valcke, the banned previous FIFA secretary basic, and Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the chief government of Qatar’s beIN Media, about Environment Cup broadcasting bargains.

ZURICH: Swiss prosecutors have opened a felony investigation into Jerome Valcke, the banned previous FIFA secretary basic, and Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the chief government of Qatar’s beIN Media, about Environment Cup broadcasting bargains.

The Office of the Legal professional Typical of Switzerland (OAG) mentioned on Thursday it suspected Valcke acknowledged “undue strengths” in relationship with the award of media legal rights for the 2026 and 2030 competitions from Al-Khelaifi,
